Lux-watch – Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through Lux-watch’s online store (the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
• Orders must be placed for personal use only. Lux-watch does not permit purchases for resale or commercial distribution.

3. Product Availability

• Lux-watch specializes in pre-owned luxury watches. As such, condition, packaging, and accessories may vary.
• All orders are subject to availability. Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee purchase until confirmed by Lux-watch.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.

4. Order Process

• Click on the “Make an Enquiry” button.
• Fill in your contact details and submit the enquiry.
• Our team will reach out to you directly.
• We will update you about watch delivery timelines.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are displayed in local currency and include applicable VAT/sales tax. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Full payment is required at the time of order.
• Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Bank transfers may be accepted at Lux-watch’s discretion.
• If payment is not received within seven (7) days for bank transfers, the order will be canceled.

6. Delivery

• Lux-watch ships exclusively to eligible addresses listed at checkout. We do not deliver to PO boxes, military addresses, or restricted regions.
• Delivery times are estimates only. We aim to deliver within 30 days of order confirmation.
• Risk passes to you once the product is delivered to your specified address or collected by your appointed courier.

7. Customs and Duties

• For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities. Lux-watch is not liable for these charges.

8. Warranty

• Lux-watch provides either a 24-month Full Warranty or a 12-month Limited Warranty, depending on the watch purchased.
• The warranty covers manufacturing and mechanical defects but excludes normal wear-and-tear, misuse, water damage (for Limited Warranty watches), and aftermarket modifications.
• Warranty claims must be submitted directly to Lux-watch. Unauthorized third-party servicing will void the warranty.
• For French customers, statutory consumer rights under French law apply in addition to Lux-watch’s commercial warranty.

9. Liability

• Lux-watch is not liable for indirect losses, exchange rate fluctuations, or delays caused by third-party couriers.
• Please review Clause 8 carefully, as it outlines warranty limitations.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country where Lux-watch operates and delivers.
