Lux Watch Warranty

Confidence in Every Timepiece

At Lux-watch, we understand the importance of confidence and security when investing in a luxury watch. That’s why every pre-owned timepiece purchased from us is backed by a comprehensive 24-month Lux-watch Warranty, in addition to any remaining manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

If your watch develops a mechanical fault through no fault of your own during the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge. Please note: this warranty applies exclusively to pre-owned watches and does not extend to new models.

How the Warranty Works

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty Active: If your watch is still covered by the manufacturer, repairs can be arranged directly with them, either through Lux-watch or via an authorized retailer.
  • Lux-watch Warranty Active: If the manufacturer’s warranty has expired but your watch remains covered by Lux-watch, our service team will carry out the necessary repairs, working with the manufacturer when required.
  • Out of Warranty: For watches no longer covered by any warranty, you may send the timepiece to us for assessment and a repair quotation. Any paid work completed by our service centre will include a further 24-month Lux-watch Warranty, applicable only to the specific repairs undertaken.

Important Information

  • Coverage applies to manufacturing and mechanical defects only, in line with standard manufacturer terms.
  • Exclusions: theft, loss, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, water damage outside manufacturer guidelines, and wear to straps/bracelets.
  • Any modification involving aftermarket components not supplied by the original manufacturer will invalidate the warranty, as such alterations may compromise performance, reliability, and water resistance.
  • Return shipments must be securely packed and adequately insured at your own expense.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights.

If Your Watch Requires Attention

Should your watch develop a fault:

  1. Complete the Warranty Return Form with details of the issue.
  2. Our warranty team will contact you promptly to arrange next steps.
  3. If the fault is covered, repairs will be completed at no cost.
