Released in 2014 to mark the brand’s 175th anniversary, this unusual multi-scale flyback chronograph in rose gold features a dial adorned with a telemeter, tachymeter and pulsometer scale. So, whether you’re a GP taking a patient’s pulse or at the Grand Prix timing Lewis Hamilton, it’s extremely useful. Only 400 pieces of this reference were ever produced, with the same number made for white gold, yellow gold and platinum variations. Patek Philippe is known for releasing a clutch of unusual limited-edition pieces on important anniversaries, and they invariably go on to be hugely collectable. This watch runs on a CH 28-520 self-winding calibre adapted especially for this watch, although it’s not visible due to the closed caseback which features a commemorative engraving.
