The Girard-Perregaux Laureato Absolute Gold Fever (Ref. 81060-21-492-FH3A) is a bold and contemporary reimagining of the iconic Laureato, released in a limited edition of 188 pieces. Designed to push the boundaries of the integrated sports watch, this model blends stealthy materials with striking contrast—offering a distinctive take on urban luxury and mechanical performance.
Crafted from lightweight titanium with a black PVD coating, the 44mm case embodies the Laureato Absolute’s muscular, angular aesthetic. The matte black finish is accented by polished facets and beveled edges, enhancing its architectural form. Despite its bold proportions, the watch remains comfortable and ergonomic, with a case thickness of 14.65mm and a water resistance of 300 meters, underscoring its sport utility.
The defining feature of this edition is its sandblasted gradient black dial, accented by rose gold-toned hands and indexes. The dial is subtly concave, giving it added depth, while the Laureato Absolute’s signature applied markers and bold hands deliver strong legibility. A date window at 6 o’clock is seamlessly integrated into the layout.
Inside, the watch is powered by the in-house Caliber GP03300-1060, an automatic movement delivering a 46-hour power reserve. It is finished with Geneva stripes, circular graining, and a blackened oscillating weight, visible through a smoked sapphire caseback that proudly displays the limited edition inscription.
