The 45.6 × 27.4 mm rectangular case is executed in polished 18K rose gold, measuring just 7.56 mm thick—its proportions paying homage to the original 1931 Reverso while incorporating modern finishing. The hallmark gadroons flank the swiveling case, and the reverse side remains blank and customizable for personal engraving or lacquered decoration.
Its grained rose-gold dial pairs warm tones with understated texture.
